1. Definitions and Interpretation

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, residential address, and contact telephone number. kh888 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and address, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) days may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the kh888 platform. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited. If kh888 discovers that a Player has opened multiple Accounts, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void all bets and bonuses, and confiscate any winnings. Any remaining Real Money balance from the primary Account may be returned to the Player at kh888's sole discretion after deducting any administrative fees.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login information to any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, and deposits made using your Account credentials. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account closure. Deposit transactions are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by kh888 within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to successful completion of identity verification procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. kh888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawal amounts exceeding Twenty Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 20,000.00). Players must wager their deposit amount at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

kh888 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account or transaction that we deem suspicious or unusual. Accounts involved in potential money laundering activities will be immediately suspended and reported to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

Game outcomes are determined randomly and independently, and neither kh888 nor any Player can predict or influence the results. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error affecting game outcomes, kh888 reserves the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes to Players.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each Game has minimum and maximum betting limits clearly displayed within the game interface. kh888 reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time without prior notice. 5.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during gameplay, incomplete game rounds are typically completed automatically by the game server according to the last action taken. If an incomplete round cannot be resolved, the stake will be refunded to the Player's Account. kh888 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, power failures, or device malfunctions on the Player's end.

6. Prohibited Activities and Account Closure

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kh888 platform:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of cheating;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or other advantage play;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or kh888 staff;
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the Platform;
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards or fraudulent payment methods.

6.2 Account Suspension and Closure

kh888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, if we believe that a Player has engaged in any prohibited activity, violated these Terms and Conditions, or acted in a manner detrimental to kh888 or other Players. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money balance (excluding bonus funds and fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to the Player after deduction of any applicable fees, charges, or amounts owed to kh888. Suspended Accounts may be reactivated at kh888's sole discretion following investigation and resolution of the issue that led to suspension.

7. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Limits

Players may set deposit limits, wagering limits, loss limits, and session time limits on their Accounts to help manage their gaming activity. These limits can be configured in the Account settings section. Players may also request temporary cooling-off periods or permanent self-exclusion by contacting Customer Support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and prevent the Player from accessing their Account for the specified period. Once a self-exclusion period is set, it cannot be reversed or cancelled until the exclusion period expires.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the kh888 platform shall first be subject to good faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

11. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kh888 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the kh888 website. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
